Bricks and Business BV is a specialized Dutch Training and Educational Institute. We offer opportunities to discover and enjoy the powerful approach of innovative methods to create new insights and solutions for complex and/or recurring issues in your organization/ your teams. During the last 14 years we developed ourselves becoming specialists in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology, either as stand alone approach or in combination with other methods. The essence of using this method, is to deliver an effective approach for you, our client, making any investment worthwhile. Our focus is on creating solutions for business challenges on topics of collaboration, innovation strategy and bringing business to the market. In our approach we use the insights coming from the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, Belbin Management Team Roles, Appreciative Inquiry, Effectuation and the Facilitated Approach. Bricks and Business is member of the Association of Master Trainers of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and certified In the Belbin Management Team Roles. We deliver services throughout Europe.
