Pavel Sapík, one of the best Czech chefs, has prepared a new menu on the banks of the Vltava River in Mala Strana, which emphasizes the combination of the best ingredients with great presentation.
“Při přípravě nového menu jsem se snažil využít nejlepších zkušeností, které jsem získal dlouholetou praxí doma i v zahraničí. Příprava nového menu trvala několik měsíců a jejím výsledkem je poctivá kuchyně s platingem podtrhujícím každý detail,” uvádí k novému menu sám šéfkuchař Pavel Sapík.
“When preparing the new menu, I tried to take advantage of the best experience I have gained through many years of experience at home and abroad. The preparation of the new menu took several months and the result is honest cuisine with plating highlighting every detail," says chef Pavel Sapík himself about the new menu.
