Příprava nového menu trvala několik měsíců a jejím výsledkem je poctivá kuchyně s platingem podtrhujícím každý detail,” uvádí k novému menu sám šéfkuchař Pavel Sapík. “When preparing the new menu, I tried to take advantage of the best experience I have gained through many years of experience at home and abroad.
