BrickzCity, a Woman minority owned social enterprise, is developing creative campuses in emerging markets and rising urban neighborhoods, that consist of an innovation studio for TV/Film/music/art/fashion/gaming and tech, along with integrated businesses that will support the studio and neighborhood. Among the various businesses will be a sound stage, boutique hotel, hospitality, makers market, GameHse, an e-gaming facility/club, creative/tech/entrepreneurial incubator/co-working/post-production space, event space, educational opportunities and the like. We are building an ecosystem for all the creators to be able to work together and utilize their goods and services throughout the campus, in addition to providing a high-density cluster of jobs, small business, and entrepreneurial opportunities for non-creatives. We will initially drive business to the campus through our own robust slate of TV/Film productions and strategic partnerships. The vision is to be a catalyst to help change neighborhoods by providing access, exposure, opportunity and jobs for underserved and marginalized communities, through our innovation studios and businesses, while also pursuing maximum profit through the vertical integration of both real estate and corporate investments to deliver a triple bottom line. This ecosystem of creatives, small businesses and entrepreneurs will serve as an investment vehicle to deliver on the vision and to safeguard and exponentially grow our investments as well as address the needs of the community. This is a scalable model that we will launch in several cities/countries.
