BRIDGE beyond BALLS

Bridge beyond Balls (BbB) is a social initiative and program with the aim to create an optimum support system to equip and empower footballers with relevant skills for the job market beyond playing football as well as empowering footballers to be prepared for an alternative career pathways after the end of their playing careers both local and professional. BbB has as vision:- “To be the utmost organisation in Africa with the right support system to empower footballers across Africa to access relevant skills and opportunities to lead a sustainable life”. And as mission:- “Creating an all-round support system that will offer footballers alternative skills, training and support, that will enable them to successfully transition from a playing career to other opportunities and career pathways that will give them a sustainable livelihood and thus impact the community”.
