Bridge Kickers is a privately held sports development company focused on bridging the gap between European athletes and American football. Co-founded by Josh Millrood and Andrew Sporn, Bridge Kickers has the mission of identifying talented European athletes and training them to become elite-level American football kickers. Bridge Kickers offers a new path for athletes who have technical skill, drive, and ambition but lack clear professional opportunities in European soccer. We provide a structured transition pipeline that includes evaluation, specialized training camps, and long-term development opportunities. Our inaugural camps, led by former NFL kicker Josh Lambo, will launch in London, where the soccer talent pool is deep, underutilized, and eager for opportunity.
