My name is Wiktoria Birylo. I am a qualified linguist with more than 800 hours of community interpreting. I work as an interpreter and translator helping within Polish communities to access public and private services. I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Linguists. I cover all aspects of a community interpreting within public services: whether is it a pre-op appointment or mental health catch-up, education-related visit, home visit, benefits, National Insurance Appointment, housing application or appointment in local Citizen Advice Buro. I am based in Stratford upon Avon, and I provide language services across West Midland and beyond. I provide specialized non-certified translations and a sight translation of documents required during the interpreting process. (Sight translation is where an interpreter orally transfers the meaning of a written document into another language).
