Bridge Community Farm

We are a charity based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, donors, fundraisers and our volunteers we provide a therapeutic and caring environment for those with lifelong learning disabilities and mental health issues. Training and life skills are offered to children and young people struggling to thrive in a standard academic environment within our outdoor study facilities. Ongoing guidance, support and work experience is also available to those who are currently unemployed.
