Bridger Growth Partners is a family office based in Atlanta, Georgia. We possess a wealth of both operating and investing experience and seek to add value across the life cycle of our investments. Bridger Growth was founded by Tom Long, who has served as managing partner since its inception in 2015. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Company. Prior to MillerCoors, Tom worked for The Coca-Cola Company, where he held various roles including Head of Global Brands, Head of Worldwide Consumer Research, President of the Great Britain and Ireland Division, and President of the Northwest Europe Division. He received a BA in English from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
