Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore, Amereus Group is a private equity company that invests in tech ventures globally.

What we usually do
- invest in separate single companies, as well as in incubators, accelerators and holding platforms
- make minority-stake investments in equity and convertible debt
- make early- and late-stage investments, as well as purchase marketable securities for strategic purposes (long-term only)
- make both primary and secondary deals, as well as support our portfolio companies with follow-up funding
- invest in developing countries and in developed markets, though our preferred geographies include SEA, Israel, the EU, Russia and the USA
- work with co-investors that add value and are open to both leading and following other investors
- give preference to projects with a good social impact
