At BTG, we focus on creating positive life choices through evidence-based strategies, offering personalized coaching services tailored to the unique needs of each client. My extensive background includes roles in the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the State Parole Commission, specializing in Hostage Negotiations, Program Quality Inspection and Compliance, Healthcare Offerings, and Inmate/Parolee Education. I'm driven by a mission to empower at-risk individuals and communities in Tennessee and Kentucky, fostering growth, gratitude, appreciation, and patience.
