Brigade BCIC Skill Development Academy(BBSDA), A Unit of Brigade Foundation aims to create an ecosystem for students to develop their skills and livelihoods, thus contributing to the growing economy of the country. As part of a collaborative effort, Brigade Foundation and Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce are planning, organizing, and implementing upskill training programmes. This will assist students, employees, and young individuals who aspire for careers in sectors such as construction, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and tourism. With substantial industry involvement, BBSDSA aims to upgrade skills by developing job specific standards, curriculums, and quality training delivery and on the job learning experiences for its students.
