Pauline Bright is an award winning business owner, presenter, speaker, writer and business coach who has coached and trained hundreds of people to trust in themselves, believe in their dream and do the work that is necessary to be a success. Her clients come from many industry sectors: they are accountants, finance brokers, financial planners, lawyers, IT professionals, consultants, trainers, tradespeople, retailers, franchisees, business coaches, and many more… They have brick and mortar businesses and online businesses. They have a drive to succeed. Her business clients win Telstra awards, Asia pacific Business Excellence awards, Regional and Local awards, Franchise Council awards, Best Business awards, Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, Best Innovation, Leadership awards … a long list. Pauline’s own awards include the Enterprising Woman Business Owner award and the Best Franchise Award for her business coaching business. When she first became a business coach she was a finalist in the ActionCOACH Rookie of the Year Award chosen from amongst 300 new coaches globally. After coaching for 8 years as an ActionCOACH franchisee, Pauline is now “flying solo”. As a business owner Pauline knows what it takes to be successful. She has owned 9 businesses, some of them simultaneously. Her businesses have been in design, consulting, retail, manufacturing, and wholesaling. She worked for over 25 years in the Advertising industry as a graphic designer. In her own graphic design business she wrote for and was profiled in national magazines. Her design work has been distributed globally. Current business networking memberships include The Peel Chamber of Commerce and Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce, the position of manager for the Real Logic Mandurah Club and Superwoman member of Women in Business WA. She is passionate about business – her own and others. She loves to coach, mentor, speak and inspire, plan, strategize, and implement.
