This means you can access our services from the comfort and safety of your own home, whether through our convenient online portal or by mailing in documents. At our virtual tax and accounting firm, we work remotely and communicate with clients through email, phone calls, and video calls. We use Zoom for virtual meetings where we can share screens if needed. This model is convenient for our clients and allows us to provide estimates for most work before we begin. In general, email, phone calls, and video calls are included in our quoted prices, but if hourly billing is necessary, we will let you know in advance. We do not conduct in-person meetings with clients or prospective clients, and we may require a retainer for new clients before starting work. Tax returns are due when we finish them and before e-filing, and we bill through QuickBooks Online with invoices sent via email that can be paid online with most major credit cards and e-checks.
