Welcome to a new way of growing through what you're going through. It's time to turn on the lights! Bright Lights Life is a practice that serves many functions. We offer one-on-one counselling, mentoring and/or psychotherapy, group therapy, workplace mentoring, and workplace training, as well as funding the charitable sector in education and research on mental health issues. We offer an array of online courses that are available to individuals and businesses, firms and corporations, and these can be tailored to suit specific needs. At Bright Lights Life, we believe in empowering our clients to take control of their lives. We provide a safe environment for our clients to explore the depths of their own selves, find their inner strengths, and work towards finding healthy self-esteem through self-compassion (through Compassion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness principles). We understand that every individual is unique, and each journey requires a tailored approach; one that puts the client in the centre and allows them to make decisions that are true to their narrative. On that basis we pivot from a holistic approach as an adjunct to Compassion-Focused Therapy, however, empathy and compassion are always at the root of effective soothing and healing.
