My expertise, and that of my extensive network, informs my work; transforming vision, strategic objectives and operational plans into lasting results, where it really matters. I apply commercial awareness and, by listening and being very attentive, sound judgement of both business and character to all I do. What makes a difference is having lots and lots of hands-on experience at every stage of building organisations, programmes and projects across sectors. I apply all of my acquired knowledge to my work: identifying with partners what is going to help them meet their objectives and building a plan of action around their distinctive need or opportunity.
