BrightWhiteLife offers a range of wellbeing coaching, consultancy and training services for businesses (in particular SMEs), organisations and individuals. With businesses and organisations, we specialise in offering Mental Health First Aid training, wellbeing workshops and 121 coaching, educating managers and leaders in ways to not only look after their own wellbeing but also support and effectively manage the wellbeing of their team at the many stages of the employee lifecycle. With individuals, I specialise in wellbeing coaching. Through my own experiences and networking within the Sheffield community, I thrive on helping others establish ways to look after their mental health and wellbeing that suit their circumstances, build resilience and achieve their goals.
