We are dedicated to empowering the youth to develop their entrepreneurial and leadership potentials.
BrightHill Empowerment Initiative (BHEI) is a youth-led social enterprise registered as non-for-profit organisation in Ghana with focus on youth development and entrepreneurship. We seek to enhance the current approaches to addressing youth unemployment by creating additional platforms and programmes that engender the creativity of young technology entrepreneurs to solve social, public, private, and institutional sector challenges while creating sustainable jobs.
BHEI’s thematic areas cover agribusiness, healthcare, environment, education, and service provision. These areas are broadly in line with the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 1 – no poverty; Goal 3 – good health and well-being; Goal 8 – decent work and economic growth; and Goal 9 – industry, innovation and infrastructure.
