Brightpool is a decentralized options trading platform. Options are a missing puzzle of defi, which will allow hedging against impermanent loos, liquidations, and others. We build the easiest and most flexible options trading platform in the world. We’ve created a new type of order, almost like a limit order on CEX. We got rid of option tables and made options simple for traders. Moreover, we created an almost unlimited amount of strike prices and expiration times.
For the sake of our tokenomy, we created a new mechanism of token emission based on the Nobel Prize awarded Black and Scholes model. We have solid token utilities, which allow for making revenue in stables and traded tokens. We have two types of orders - one issue tokens and the other burn. It balances the supply and demand and supports the price of Brightpool's token BRI.
