Brightstorm is a boutique executive education consulting firm. Having worked extensively in executive education and spent more than a decade working in the region we understand the needs of the local culture and working environment and are able to work with clients and vendors to help customize and localize the content and design of their leadership development programmes to better fit their participants. Also by not having our own trainers but rather a network of different partner organizations that we work with, we are able to create extremely customized leadership development programmes utilizing multiple trainers from different organizations. This ensures that we are able to bring the best in class trainer for each specific part of the programme, and that the participants get the most out of the time they are spending away from work.
