Briginn

Briginn, we discover, designs, and creates an innovative approach to educational challenges—in service to our communities and the nation at large. We bridge gaps in disciplines, both within computing (practical skills) and the applied sciences and beyond, to prepare broadly trained innovators to achieve transformational impact. We connect, guide, and inspire women to put more attention to technology so that they innovate. Our mission is to educate our citizens and future leaders across each and every school in Sierra Leone, we do this through our commitments to create, manage, sustain and integrate technological skills (computer skills) into all school curriculums as a key that inspire every student and members to strive towards a promising world. At Briginn, we bring a suitable learning platform for all women who are determined to make a change in their lives. This will enable them to be self-independent, creative, and be able to challenge the status quo in our communities, societies, and the country, and generally encourage a more inclusive and diverse environment in the tech industry. We do this by creating what we call a Briginn Girls Tech Hub (BIGTH), where they learn computer skills, entrepreneurship, communication skills, Mindfulness, and Yoga. etc. This will completely change their lives and put them in front of the employment market in the area of technology.
