BrikBee is... real estate crowdfunding. Our platform brings together multiple Investors and Project Owners who wish to finance screened real estate projects. BrikBee therefore offers: 1. Project Owners: i.e. companies looking to finance a real estate project, a fast and flexible alternative way to raise capital, and 2. Investors: the opportunity to invest in real estate projects assessed by our experienced team, through debt or equity. BrikBee is regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and in September 2024 became the first crowdfunding platform based in Greece to become licensed. We expect to fully launch our services during the first half of 2025.
