Briki is the first AI-powered insurance assistant built for Latin America. We’re reimagining how people discover, compare, and understand insurance — starting with auto, pet, travel, and health coverage in Colombia and Mexico. Instead of forms and filters, users interact with Briki through a simple conversation. They describe what they need (“Quiero asegurar mi carro” or “Viajo a Brasil en agosto”), and the assistant handles the rest — asking smart follow-up questions, detecting context, and pulling real plans from trusted insurers like SURA, MAPFRE, HDI, and Pax. Every plan includes a clean summary, price, and a direct quote button that leads to the insurer’s official site. Briki already supports over 200 plans across multiple categories. Our platform is connected to a live PostgreSQL database, and the assistant can explain policy differences, recommend options based on preferences, and even summarize uploaded documents like PDF clausulados. We’re not building another marketplace. We’re building a smart, user-first insurance layer — one that turns confusion into clarity and removes unnecessary friction from the experience. The platform is live, functional, and under active development. We’re currently onboarding our first institutional clients and expanding user testing across Colombia. Briki is built for a region where insurance is often misunderstood, undersold, and full of barriers. We believe AI can make it radically more transparent, personalized, and accessible.
