Brilliant Beginnings - Childhood Early Interventionists

The purpose Early Intervention is to accelerate or maximize the development of children who are at significant risk for problems, in thinking, communicating, relating to others, emotional functioning, and body functioning. Research over the past 50 years has shown that childhood early intervention is an effective tool in increasing the developmental and educational gains for the child, improving the functioning of the family unit, and providing long term benefits to society. Brilliant Beginnings childhood early intervention serves children ages birth to 5 years old with developmental delays or special needs. Our services include weekly home visits, service coordination specific to the needs of each child and family, and transition to appropriate services when applicable. All services are provided FREE of charge for children deemed eligible through South Carolina Baby Net. Brilliant Beginnings is unique because it is operated by a mother who understands the challenges, fears, and joys of raising a child with developmental delays.
