We’re a diverse group of people that have dedicated our lives to helping others get the most out of theirs. We’re parents, executives, coaches, mentors and entrepreneurs. In studying some of the most successful and fulfilled people in the world ranging in ages from 15 on up, we realized that they all shared one important trait. They were authentically happy and full of brilliance in every part of their life. In students this spilled over to their studies and their rates of going to college. In the job world, these people were more productive and earned far more than their peers. In digging deeper we found this form of true authentic happiness came from self-realization. Everyone that we studied knew more about themselves in a deeper way than we’ve ever seen. They knew how the negative influences would try and get them off track and also how to better play out the positive ones. They had confidence that in knowing themselves they could make the best possible decisions to lead them on the right path in school, in business and in life.
