Bring It-Push It-Own It strives to build self love/value within our next generation of women along with teaching them how to use their voice and that they can do hard things.
We provide a 10-12 week program rotatation yearly in the spring.
We also have monthly workshops available throughout the year.
Lastly, we offer coed youth community sessions and adult team sessions for the human services sector of businesses for group sizes 10-35 people.
