Bring It Together Everyone

We at B.I.T.E aim to make learning fun and approachable. The idea behind our name – Bring It Together, Everyone – is that when broken up into bite-sized chunks of experiences, complex team dynamics become easy to understand and navigate. We create a space free of hierarchy, with a shared experience that opens paths in communication, unlocks potential, streamlines efficiency and drives progress - all of this with a shared goal that brings the individuals closer to a team. B.I.T.E. was born out of the collective experience of Joel Rozario, Shlok Menon and Snehal Pinto, three employee engagement and learning facilitators who have been in the field for many years. As the world moved to virtual work and then to a mix of the old and new, we saw an opportunity to build a company that helps organisations pivot to this ever changing professional landscape, while strengthening their company culture and bringing teams together.
