February 14, 1998 Brisas began its services with Brisas Colombianas Bakery, offering typical bakery products and homemade dishes of authentic Colombian cuisine. Identified by warm, friendly and cheerful service, Brisas strives to represent the characteristics our people hold true through their morals, ethics and humanity. Our family dream has grown and now our newest venture, Brisas Empanadas, is the next step in expanding our company to offer Colombian products and services at a mass scale. In June 2018, Brisas Empanadas began a historic partnership as the “Official Empanada of the New York Red Bulls” and we look forward to sharing our culture with the rest of the New Jersey / New York community. As our CEO and Founder, Albeiro Orozco would say, “Mi Casa es Tu Casa!”
