Bristol Development is a commercial and residential land development company owned and operated in St. John’s, NL. The company’s principals have more than 130 years of combined experience in land development, land servicing and construction in Newfoundland and Labrador. The company was formed in 2007 to assemble and develop a parcel of property at Kenmount Road/Kelsey Drive in St. John’s, NL. Through its related entity Bristol Court Inc., the company has developed over 150,000 square feet of new commercial office space in the Kelsey Drive Commercial Park, which is now fully under lease by over a dozen local, national, and international tenants. An additional 95,000 square feet of new commercial office space is presently under development at 130 Kelsey Drive, and over 35 acres remain for commercial development in the Kelsey Drive Commercial Park.
