Bristol Equities, Inc. was established in 1990, our first property was a residential building near the renowned NW 23rd shopping district in Portland. In 2014, Bristol Equities, Inc. created Bristol Urban Apartments, a division that is focused on the management of our residential properties. We have renovated over 40 urban residential buildings in Portland. Our specialty is vintage and historic properties ranging from 1890 to 1965 with an interest in enhancing the classic features which appeal to our residents.
We take care in restoring and maintaining these exceptional properties and that is the same attention devoted to building and maintaining relationships with our residents.
