University Pathway Programme The BLC has received approval from the Ministry of Education to offer the delivery of NCC UK's International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (Level 3). Students in high school can enrol and begin their International Foundation Year, the course is time flexible catering to each students needs. The International Foundation Year at BLC serves as a stepping stone for students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The course includes an IELTS preparation course, and coordinates to help students obtain the university offers of their choice by using the UCAS.
