Since its establishment in 2012, BRM has been dedicated to skill development and training, as well as the advancement of models and teaching methodologies to enhance the non-formal education sector. Our comprehensive services extend across urban, semi-urban, and rural areas, all with the common goal of bridging skill gaps to meet the evolving demands of a rapidly expanding economy. Our organization proudly collaborates with a range of central and state government agencies, departments, and ministries to execute skill development and vocational training projects. By doing so, we strive to empower unemployed youth, enabling them to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families. In addition to its core focus on skill development, BRM actively engages in various areas of social welfare. This includes women empowerment programs, environmental protection initiatives, rural development projects, community development efforts, digital literacy programs, and youth empowerment activities. BRM promotes women empowerment through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and leadership programs. It strives to enhance the socio-economic status of women and foster gender equality in society. To address environmental concerns, BRM undertakes awareness campaigns, conservation projects, and promotes eco-friendly practices to protect natural resources and mitigate climate change impacts. In rural areas, BRM focuses on improving agricultural practices, enhancing rural infrastructure, supporting income-generating activities, and ensuring access to essential services. Through community development programs, BRM supports underprivileged individuals and marginalized communities by providing healthcare programs, education support, sanitation campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives. Through these various social welfare initiatives, BRM aims to create a positive impact on society, promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and socio-economic development.
