The Holon Building is 100% factory-made which ensures a streamlined and predictable project cycle, and is 5 x more energy efficient than a conventional building. The Holon Building is the first building to use stainless steel for all load bearing structural members of the building . The stainless steel used in Holon Building is over 30 times more resistant to corrosion than carbon steel, and therefore has a virtually unlimited service life. The Holon Building can be installed onsite up to 3 floors/day to any height with no concrete. BROAD is also a global leader in industrial climate control, with non-electric absorption chillers that are powered by industrial waste/process heat or any other thermal heat source, renewable energy such as solar, or natural gas to achieve an extremely high energy efficiency. BROAD absorption chillers use an all natural water based refrigerant for zero ozone depletion. BROAD further specializes in indoor air quality improvement technologies with a suite of advanced ventilation, filtration and air purification solutions.
