BroadEye Consulting, Ltd. is the business entity for Kev Khayat and kevkhayat.com. Kev is a social impact coach who works with individuals and nonprofit organizations to accelerate and maximize their impact. While "systems" and "processes" and "structures" can help, the key to workplace success is behavior. By focusing on what people do at work and how they do it, BroadEye helps clients transform their performance and reach ambitious growth targets. Everyone wants to get better at what they do but most of us need to improve the way we improve. That means getting better at how and what we learn, measure, and target. It means making better mistakes and asking better questions. To get better at "adding value", the voice of those whose value we seek to increase needs to be center stage. Specifically, organizations need to upgrade their change mindsets, their change practices, and their change outcomes. We can change behavior only by intentional efforts that acknowledge and work with the natural, iterative, "upsy-daisyness" that characterizes the way most people experience change.
