Brodie Modular is an innovation and design company populated by visionaries and builders with years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. We produce elegant modular homes with cutting edge design, unconstrained by any single aesthetic or architectural approach. Brodie was founded by Texan Don Fry, who grew up working in the family’s roofing business. Don launched his first company, Brodie Builders, in 2008, inspired by the pride and quality craftsmanship of the career trade professionals he worked with, and motivated by a passion for combining great design with great function. Brodie Modular home sizes range from 500 - 10,000 SF+ and prices start at $300/ft. Our manufacturing process ensures that fine architecture can be delivered throughout Texas in as little as 4-10 weeks, a fraction of the timeframe for conventional residential construction.
