In November 2014, Chef Marco Canora (2017 James Beard Award for Best Chef in NY) opened Brodo out of the pastry window of Hearth Restaurant in New York City’s East Village. Dedicated to serving delicious broths in a cup, Brodo was the first place of its kind and quickly developed a devoted following.
