South East London Mind IPS Employment Support is an evidence-based employment service delivered in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. We offer a free to use professional employment support aimed at working with employers and businesses across Bromley, Greenwich and London.
Our dedicated Employment Specialists uses the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model which includes supporting employers to recruit staff and to help increase productivity by promoting staff health and wellbeing.
Our Employment Specialists work closely with employers & businesses to understand their requirement and provide full comprehensive service to meet the employer’s needs.
We offer support to access Mental Health First Aid and bespoke Wellbeing training to employers and businesses.
