In onze labobrouwerij werken we aan een unieke botanische gefermenteerde thee met diepgang en zachte zuren, een volwassen smaakcomplexiteit zonder alcohol, op basis van een gewijzigde kombuchacultuur met hoogwaardige thees, kruiden, planten en specerijen. Founder en flavourist Natalie van ELDER Lab staat aan het roer van het smaaklaboratorium, waar elk seizoen een reeks toegankelijke (collection) en meer avontuurlijke (selection) smaken worden bedacht, getest en geproefd tot ze geëvalueerd worden als gebalanceerd, spannend en tegelijk toegankelijk. In our lab brewery, we work on a unique botanical fermented tea with depth and soft acidity, a mature flavour complexity without alcohol, based on a custom kombucha culture with high-quality teas, herbs, plants and spices. Founder and flavourist Natalie from ELDER Lab is at the helm of the flavour laboratory, where each season a range of accessible (collection) and more adventurous (selection) flavours are conceived, tested and tasted until they are judged to be balanced, exciting and accessible at the same time.
