The Bronx RHIO harnesses the power of information technology to transform the delivery of healthcare in the Bronx, across New York City, and throughout New York State.
Although we are called the Bronx RHIO, the reach of our health information exchange (HIE) extends beyond one New York City borough. We seek to improve the health of all New Yorkers and help eliminate healthcare disparities by delivering detailed and secure critical health information to providers who need it, when they need it.
The Bronx RHIO is connected to the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY), allowing Bronx RHIO members to access data from all participating organizations in New York State.
