Brookhaven Heart is an adult cardiovascular practice located in Patchogue, New York, and was started in 2006. From the inception onward, electronic medical records and electronic prescriptions were incorporated into the practice, a first for a cardiology practice in the area. Over the years, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have rewarded the practice consistently for participating in Physician Quality Reporting System and achieving standards well above the national average.
Our focus is on quality of care and customer satisfaction while delivering comprehensive cardiovascular services, ranging from consultative services and diagnostic tests to interventional procedures. Our physicians are affiliated with local and regional hospitals, offering our patients their choice while caring for them. Our patients and our referring physicians are our biggest advocates. The increasing demand in our community has led us to grow to our current size with 6 full time Physicians and 3 office locations. Our success springs from a timeless foundation of commitment to delivering extraordinary patient service and quality at all times.
