Welcome to Brooklyn Hummus. Our hummus is home made. We take pride in our authentic, delicious hummus and other Middle-Eastern dishes. Based on the flavors and recipes we discovered in the Middle East, we provide great hummus, msabaha and s'hug (hot sauce), just as they are served in the Middle East. We use fine ingredients from Lebanon, Israel and Palestine.
◦We try to sell our hummus right after we made it, while it's still warm. That's really the only way to eat hummus and we suggest you eat it right away.
◦We care for the environment. That's why we sell our hummus in reusable, microwave-safe bowls. We ask that you return them next time you buy.
