Dr. Ratesh Khillan founded Brooklyn USCE in 2017. Dr. Khillan is a board-certified Hematology-Oncologist and Associate Chief at Kings Brook Jewish Medical center. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital, Methodist, SUNY Downstate, Interfaith, and Kings Brook Jewish Hospital. Dr. Khillan being an IMG knows the struggles and hurdles faced by foreign medical graduates.
