EAC provides instruction, training, and one-on-one counseling to help aspiring entrepreneurs, first-time, and existing business owners develop business, problem-solving, and management skills to turn their business concepts into reality and make the right decisions. The emphasis is on helping individuals develop successful, resilient, and lasting businesses. • Offering a comprehensive 60-hour certification course covering business fundamentals & development • Conducting feasibility evaluations for new business ventures • Assisting in refining business concepts and creating effective business plans • Providing guidance and support for business registration processes • Building proficiency in business management principles and practices • Teaching financial management skills • Developing marketing strategies • Supporting website development and ecommerce platform design • Training on selling products and services online • Providing counseling and guidance in identifying and accessing capital and credit services • Assisting with state procurement programs • Supporting the certification process for becoming certified as a NYS Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise • Providing mentoring
