Broshears Stancil Projects (BSP) is a full-service architecture firm based in New York City and licensed in NY, NJ, PA, MA, IN and FL. We explore design interests in the built environment through service to public, private, and institutional clients, which have included Judith Lieber Couture, innovation consultancy Fahrenheit 212, The Guttmacher Institute, The Dakota and numerous private developers and residential owners throughout New York City. Since 2005, BSP has designed and managed over $20M in construction. Christopher Broshears R.A. and Jay Stancil R.A. are Registered Architects and LEED Accredited Professionals with the U.S. Green Building Council.
