Brost Well Servicing, incorporated in 1984, is a successful service rig company with 3 units that perform completions, workovers and abandonment services in the Oil and Gas Industry. A reputation for providing quality service with superior, well maintained equipment in combination with highly skilled and motivated employees working safely, translates to increased productivity and reduced costs. We are members in good standing with the CAODC, ComplyWorks and WCB. We hold a current SECOR; valid to November 26, 2022 and our TRIF is zero. With the recent COVID 19 situation, Brost Well Servicing has implemented recommended Industry Practices to ensure safe operations. Brost Well Servicing has recently purchased brand new equipment. The following is as a brief introduction to Brost Well Servicing Rigs located in Grande Prairie. Rig 1 - Freestanding Class III Mobile Double - meets Period 1 moving requirements. Rigs 3 - Freestanding Class III Double - option to operate with skid equipment and Freestand package; free stood with outriggers and a 40 ft beam option with a maximum hook load of 88 964 daN. To accommodate heavier weights, 4 crownlines may be installed to achieve a rate hook load of 106,800 daN. This rig designed to be very user-friendly, allowing for fast rigging up and out on short duration jobs, while still capable of handling deep wells and workovers to 5500m depending on work string size and weight. Rig 5 - Freestanding Class II - Class III capable Mobile Single that meets Period 1 moving requirements. Brost rigs are very well equipped with extra parts and tools, not typically found on our competitor’s equipment. These additional inventories and Managements commitment to maintenance is evident upon inspection.
