BROTHER nace en 1908 en Nagoya, Japón y hoy en día es una compañía multinacional con veinte plantas de fabricación, cinco de ellas en Japón y las restantes en diversos países, adaptándose a las necesidades de sus clientes alrededor del mundo. Asimismo, Brother cuenta con treinta y cinco oficinas comerciales y sus productos son comercializados en más de 100 países.
