Our Owner Representative team also offers consultation services in areas such: picking the right property from the investment perspective, drafting contract language and documents review, final walkthrough, escrows, and closing along with post-closing consultation on: custom designing to your taste and needs, quality building, and turning the keys to you. Given our proven track record in managing our family portfolio of small to mid size rental properties with a focus on generating revenue, we can extend our services to support you in areas of management and tenant onboarding process.
