Brownsalt is a Mumbai based artisan bakery that takes traditional healthy ingredients and gives them a modern taste edge. Here, a lot of care has been taken to ensure that there are no compromises when it comes to quality Brownsalt baked its first batch of cookies in the founder’s mother’s small oven in our house’s kitchen. Today we are housed in an 800 sq ft space with a production department and a back office. The vision for the company has always been clear and has been brought to life by making the perfect mix of healthy and sweet baked goods to suit the modern palette. Being one of the pioneers of granola in the Indian market we now boast of 7 different varieties and have no plans of slowing down. We sell across the country through digital channels including our own website. On the ground, we take part in exhibitions and are one of the proud chosen partners at shows like Bridal Asia and Design One. We have extended our reach into the retail sector through major retail gourmet stores like Foodhall, pan India, and smaller gourmet stores in Mumbai like Society stores and Cornucopia. In addition to all of this, Brownsalt specializes in festive gifting for corporate companies like Gulf Oil, Godrej Properties and Industries, Maximus Media, Jack n Jones, and Bestseller group Over the years, Brownsalt has, quite organically, grown into the catering business. I think it came naturally from my passion for all things food. We focus on bite-sized appetizers and high tea. In the catering segment, we are the preferred vendors of companies like WeWork, Pr Pundit, Vero Moda and many more.
