(Brownfield Redevelopment Solutions, Inc.) was formed in the beginning of 2003 with the sole purpose of assisting the public sector and quasi-public sector with establishing sustainable and aggressive community revitalization programs. We have stayed true to our mission of providing resources and expertise needed to bring projects from inception to completion, by providing services to the public and non-profit sectors that include Brownfields, Funding, Planning, Sustainability & Resiliency, and Owner’s Representative. While we’re headquartered in New Jersey, we provide services throughout the United States and associated Territories. With a 88% grant award rate, BRS, Inc. has prepared the winning funding applications that have garnered our municipal clients almost $100 million in redevelopment and resilency funding from Federal, State, local and foundation sources.
