Based at Bristol's Windmill Hill CIty Farm, Bruhaha aims to bring the world of beer to Bristol without the food miles. At our pop up bar events we will to bring you beer styles from around the world all brewed a stones throw from where you drink them.
By using the latest technologies and techniques recently developed in the home brewing world we are able to experiment with small batches and provide a breadth of quality beer styles from around the world.
At Bruhaha we try to source as many of our ingredients as we can from the farm. Initially fruit and botanicals but our ultimate aim by the end of next summer will be brewing a beer where all the ingredients - barley malt, hops, even the yeast - have come from the farm.
