toucanBox is a subscription service that provides educational craft activities for children aged 3-8. I joined toucanBox as their first hire outside the three founders and we had less than 500 customers. Myself and some other chaps who were freelancing at the same companies eventually decided that we could do better than most of the companies we worked for ourselves, and so Beef was formed. It was a fun ride, starting with three of us in a box room above heavy machinery.
